Description
The Schneider Electric (Barber Colman) AL-180 Solenoid Air Valve W/Junction Box controls pneumatic airflow by electrically opening or closing the internal air passage. Its 24V electrical supply energizes the solenoid, while the 0.3 SCFM rating specifies air capacity through the valve under it rated conditions. The 18-inch leads provide wiring reach between the valve and control circuit and the included junction box organizes the electrical connection. The valve installs in HVAC systems with compatible pneumatic tubing and control wiring. Energizing the solenoid changes the air passage position, supporting controlled pneumatic operation of connected actuators and regulating equipment operations according to the sequence.
